Shame that all the "victims" were well off (albeit often stuck up) folks who other than objecting to big brother style council parking charges were ordinary, fairly law abiding citizens.
Now what i would like to see is a few scum-bags who haven't MOTed, taxed or insured their (probably stolen) cars for several years, and who have defaulted on bail and fine paymemts for many more years - getting stripped of their (probably stolen) posessions).
