Have had some horrendous bills lately and I am thinking of switching to alternative suppliers.
Has anyone had good experience in this field ,where they have swapped companies and actually saved money. If so, can you please list the companies you were with and who you changed to.
What was the average saving?
I am currently with British Gas, who handle both my Gas and Electricity supply.

If you are on the same thing as me, then BG take at set amount each month then review how much you actually owe each quarter.

9/10 times i get about 30 quid back a 1/4, but I'm a stingy git and tell the missus to "put a bl00dy jumper on, or pay fer it herself."

I went from British Gas to Southern Electric for both and saved.

Now gone with Sainsburys Energy and got a load more off, plus loads of points on me Nectar card.

Decided to try TXU and am amazed to find that I'm well in credit after the Winter period. Moved to a much larger house last July and the bills are actually smaller
