Anyone tried the new superbit DVDs? For anyone that doesn't know, the idea is that they take all the extras and crap off the DVD and use the space to put on higher quality audio and visual tracks.

Is there any difference? Or is it just another marketing ploy to make you buy another DVD of the same film you already have (surely not )?

Yes there is a difference. You'll need a good DVD player and half-decent display to notice

I can notice with 5th Element. More detail especially in the backdrops.

Thumbs up

Cool - good to know it might be worth getting a few of the 'classics' on Superbit.

Cheers
