Just thought I share my recent WIN at the Natural European MASTERS Body Building Championship in France...
I am really chuff with myself, as well as my family and friends... remember it's all NATURAL no CHEMICAL assistance...
After winning the GB title, and finishing third in the World Championship, I was looking forward to this contest and getting my revenge.... and done it..!!

Congratulations!!!!!
Ok guys.......I'm a lazy girlie who has 'aquired' an undesirable layer of fat! Are there any powders or tablets that can be taken (along with excersise) to help speed up the process of getting rid of it?!
By the way, I used to frequent the gym religiously about 4 years ago and got quite big, then realised that I looked unattractive and fat rather than muscular, so I stopped going. I lost a load of weight a couple of years ago and was quite happy but have put on a stone and look terrible. Any Ideas? Don't want to go back into gym as became very addicted and it began ruining my relationship with my partner and child.

Pele - Cheers and thanks for the kind words.. Yes, I remember you and your parnter, your looked well.... nice car.. As for sticking with the diet, I am fairly lucky as I grew up eating the right food, chicken and rice, which I am never bored with.. so that was a great help... Anyway, I don't blame your partner keeping to his comfort food.. Afterall, we all have different targets and goals in life, otherwise it would be avery boring world..
Take care and hope top you both at one of the many meets in the future..

I am most impressed on the response to this post, I must omit that I didn't expect it to past ONE page... So THANKS for all the nice comments.. Just a shame that the manager at my gym didn't show more interest on my achievement..!

Cheers.... as for the diet, well it's mainly stuff like Jacket pots, Rice, Pita bread, chicken, tuna, turkey, protein drinks, bananas, grapefruit, rice cakes, the usual stuff.. BUT I have been adding chillies just to give a bit of a kick.. as I like spicy food.. plus, it gets the body sweating as well..!! anyway for me it does..
As you can imagine, the diet is fairly bland.. as I was looking to get dry and ripped for the competition, which worked very well...
Anyway, how's your training going..??? is your bet still on..??

nice one.. sounds like you are on target for your money..
the days for me going max are now long gone... anyway, still strong and out perform majority of the punters in the gym if I need too.. but I tend to concentrate on my preparation for the shows..
Anyway, best of luck, which you don't need... and watch your back...

you take care, as this is when most people do their back in and suffer later on in life.. do you have a training partner or someone to spot you when you start doing your heavy sets..??
Anyway, keep pushing it and you will get used to the weight as you get stronger , which you will... So, how's your diet in regards to your training..??

when do you train...??? I normally train in the morning, and then I start having my food.. when I start getting ready for my competitions, I train twice a day, depending on my shift pattern.. fortunately, I have one full week off in a month which allows me to train twice a day...
Oh ye, I forgot to mention EGGS the best form of protein you can have IMHO... without the yoke...
anyway, must be time for you to have your first meal of the day...!!

Thats good minus the beer.
To be 100% focus and never give less then 110% at the gym alchol is a no no, and tbh i dont miss it one bit
6 secs was disappointing, it was bloody heavy but it was the fact when i lifted it the weight moved. It felt like my lungs were being crushed.
