Question

Is it a film? Or a commercial, or a pop video? I mean, it has a story (of sorts) and very stylish camera work cut to a hardcore music soundtrack. I still can't work it out, and this is the third time I've watched it.

Any help appreciated...

And if I'm not mistaken, a lot of the music was by Afro Celt Sound System.... a very underrated Irish/ African Group. They are now known as Afro-Celts.
Haven't seen the film myself but have heard lots about it. Isn't Stigmata the name for the marks the nails make in the flesh ?

If it is the same film that I watched about the religious phenomenom, then I wasn't impressed with the film at all.

It was watchable.

I thought it was interesting, good (if you're in the mood for it) and deep in places, but not as good as it thought it was.

parts were based on actual fact. when i watch films like this it makes me feel sorry for Catholics like they are being ripped off to the extreme by there religion which seems to be controlled by people who wish to make money.

Thought it was a great film, went out and bought it straight away.

UB, I assume you are not the sharpest tool in the box.

I can understand people thinking its a pile of crap, but not understanding it after 3 watches, dearie dearie me.

hail - LOL - of course I can 'understand' it on that level. It just seems that the style of the cinamatography is that of the advertising world and the sound track doesn't seem to fit properly. I don't 'get it' from a stylistic point of view. That's what I meant anyway.
