Oh come on, for goodness sake! Two weeks of the year, it won't kill you.

Heck, it might even encourage some of those suffering with headaches and God knows what else on the Atkins scam to get off their sofas, saunter off to the park and do something vaguely active. Heck, they might even enjoy it!
