on our first house! 
We'll be doing quite a bit to it, so prepare yourselfs for a barrage of questions!

Edit to add the pic. It's the right hand house and incluse the first floor that's above the alleyway. And no, the Volvo's not mine!!

We had no chain either side, so I think we were lucky! I've heard some horror stories re chains!

It's gotta be said that I'm in the fortunate position of having a bro-in-law who is going to take a week off to help. Cheers Neil! Really, really appreciated. I just hope you have some kind of fecking idea when it comes to fitting a kitchen, cos I don't!!

We're awaiting exchange of contract bit
But we're meant to complete on 12th Aug. Fortunately, its our buyers and us buying from a builder in our chain, so quite short. Can still go pear-shaped I guess
