its ture.
Last week i wqs squatting away when these 2 big blokes came in. really blown up strech marks around the shoulder joins etc etc. They went straight onto the smith machine and wacked on 3 plates either side.
Now the comdey of this was, not one of them could lift it without the spotter taking the bulk of the weight and watching then both straining. it was pretty comical.they are extremly weak, Even the other excercises they did. it would make more sence to lower the weight and do it with no help not to mention the fact there legs were tiny and they should be doing a free bench

I've had some experience of pressing logs (usually after a big roast dinner)....
...I wouldn't take pictures of it though...
...Or if i did, i'd be charging for 'em

you should have told them about you lift old bits of metal without the annoying side effect of large muscles.....im sure that would have sorted em out

Tell me when you need some advice then. ![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Keep it offline if you don't want anyone here to know. I mean, you can trust me not to say anything on Scoobynet...

si, maybe if you stopped comparing yourself to BB's then you would do away with the confusion.
you seem to have issues that require everyone to know that your small but strong unlike the weak but big people.
kind of like a nova with a nos sticker on the bonnet
