Slight dis-agreement with missus - old or modern.
For a round figure £200,000
A period end cottage 4 beds period features with hillside views, 9 rooms all need updating compleytely rear of house windows need replacing and needs new bathroom no drive but could have, on quiet road
A modern detatched 4 bed single garage on cul-de-sac 7 rooms need complete update 9 windows/frames need replacing and new bathroom
both in good area.
Your buying to improve a house to make £££s, which would you buy
