Driving through the SPECS-enforced 40mph Thelwall viaduct roadworks on the M6 this morning ... what did I see but 3 Police 'Safety Camera' vans clocking drivers within the 40mph SPECS zone!

Does that mean that a driver exceeding the speed limit in the roadworks could get prosecuted twice for the same offence?!

yep, try cumbria the money making vans sit on bridges. Don't even stop you ?? wonder if its a good way to police speeding , ie just take a photo and not pull a speeder??
