Dunno what's wrong with me but i've been noticing more and more that driving down country lanes makes me really sleepy but i'm really alert on motorways. Thought it was supposed to be the other way round? Anyone else find this happens to them?

Lol, no chance of me getting sleepy on twisty country roads when Nikko's driving... concentrating on keeping in my seat and holding onto my seatbelt stops me getting sleepy

Driving in a virtually straight line at a constant speed hence a constant engine drone along featureless motorways makes you alert?
Constantly varying challenging twisty unpredictable country roads through areas of outstanding scenic beauty are boring?
I think your wired the wrong way round.

I'd always take x-country instead of a M-way grind.
Coming back from Kames last year with Little Miss WRX and CharlieWhiskey we were stoping at every services on the M74 to avoid falling asleep.
So CW plotted another classic route through the twisties and we had a right blast home

IIRC the last time we were on the motorway in a convoy together, Chris, when we met up at the services to plan the route up to Kames, I was asleep for a while!!! LOL ![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Then again, I was pretty ill that weekend so could be excused!
Either way, the infamous CW routes were always fantastic.![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
