Pop Idol is wonderful, at least at this stage it is, its like a Victorian freak show, where do they find all the Spongs that they get on !
Even more amusing are the tossy haired wannabe's who can sing a little bit but think they are wonderful.

People making complete fools out of themselves is always entertaining! Tis beyond me how someone can be bothered queuing up for hours to look like a spastic but makes life all the more sweeter this side of the screen!

no disrespect* to her but she aint going to win a comp. like that (for a start her voice wasnt that good) and she was very much playing the sympathy card. She came out saying that she was "very angry!"
get a grip ! Royal variety perhaps but not a pop star.

Gareth Gates managed to get on despite his speech problem, and if that girl had got through to the later stages who is to say that a miracle would not have happened and her sight would have returned ?, I mean its funny how Gate's seemingly debilitating stutter dissapeared after about three months of 'stardom' having been afficlted all his life.

I think that all the audition tapes should be passed on to the police as I am sure they will all be wanted within the year for some twisted crime

Has anyone here seen that clip from American Idol? It's an American guy trying to sing Madonna's "Like a virgin". That Simon fellow denounces him as the worst singer in the world. You gotta see it, it's truly horrific. Clicky. Freaks...
