What the buggery bollocks was that all about then ?
The missus just borrowed it and I sat through it as I was waiting to put the PS2 on (Same tv, just bought the game so anticipation was high). Absolute pile of steaming pants, Rene Zellwegger looks mile better when she is on the hip and pie diet.
God I hate musicals, especially South Pacific, which apart from the concept of 'Washing that man right out of my hair' (Cue Beavis and Butthead sniggering) is pure evil.

Made the mistake of letting the wife choose the DVD tonight. Yep - you guessed it - Chicago.
After 5 mins I was in huff mode and went out to work on the car. What a load of *****.

Yep Moulin Rouge as well, apart from Kylie's bit complete ****, and it had Mr Claypole from Rentaghost in it, not the real one but a lookalike but bad enough all the same.
Never ever let a bird choose a video, they really want to see action, car chases and sex but cant help themselves choosing pap like this, save them from themselves I say. Mine cant be arsed going to the video shop so I usually get my own way.
Once when I was working in America, I went on a date with this Russian/American girl called Anya on who I had designs if you know what I mean, we arrange a 'date' at the 'movies' so I thought game on, gets there and she chooses 'Dying Young' with Julia Roberts, even somebody with my uncontrollable man urges cannot summon up much sexual chemistry when you are watching the story of a young man struck down with Cancer.
