up until 4 months ago i used to run 2-5 miles every day. I then packed it in and have just started again. Of course I'm really unfit now. Why is it though when you go back to training after a long time off and work yourself really hard you get a kind of 'blood' taste in the back of your throat afterwards. I got this a few years ago going back to playing football after a long time off. Is it the lactic acid thing?
I'm sure it's not serious......
