Tried ringing it back and no answer - is there anyway of doing a reverse of directory enquiries, ie if you have the number can you find out who it is? Any dodgey way of doing so will be kept in the strictest confidence of course!

Call it from another number and pose as some marketing/anything you want and try and get a name that way. Then put the name into 192.com with Clacton as the area and see what comes up as to where they live

LOL not stalker, it was for finding out who my ex wife was seeing behind my back. 192.com made me a very happy chappy after a little bit of investigation as it allowed me to find out where my son had been taken to. So served a very good purpose

The thing i don't understand is *im not a computer person so don't shoot me down* how do they get information? 192.com for example, are we all on there? How can people find out addresses and stuff?

Good question. But since our personal information isn't covered under the Official Secrets Act or anything, i assume there's nothing illegal in making it publicly available. Although i assume there must be *some* limit as to what can be published.

Avoid certain requests like electoral register etc and be ex directory etc etc and you don't appear.
Helped me avoid being tracked down by a previous gf's jealous ex who was searching hi and low for me threatening everything under the sun. He thought he had found me except he got someone with the same name in a different town a few miles up the road, made me laugh rather a lot

I have an ex bf that is a f**king stalker, im hoping hes too thick to be able to use all this tracking type stuff

Good!!! Hes scary and he has come after me before plus his dad threatened me! Seriously if he saw you he'd pick a fight
