After just jacking in college today (wahoo!!) im in need of a job.. Im looking through the paper and there are jobs at a carcraft dealership locally. Is it particularly hard to succeed in these types of sales jobs? I think it would be easy to sell a car, plus there are perks like company cars and good annual wage.. a lil help plz

Unhappy

A (gullable) mate of mine bought a Ford Probe from their Sheffield place. Was told service books were no available for inspection as they were all kept at head office and would be posted out within 14 days of purchase.

Stupidly he fell for it. When he called 2 weeks later and asked where the service history was the guy on the end of the phone burst out laughing "Who told you that Sir..........."

Definately a career worth getting into though. Maybe just not with them

Basic salary can be low, although commission can be VERY high, depending on how good you are.

Anything from between £6000 - £12000 basic + commission.

Commission being paid on car sale, finance, extended warranty, diamondbrite, waxoyl, etc.
