...preferably without setting foot in a travel agents. I had a uick look on teletext.com but there doesent seem to be much info with regard to the resort or accomodation on offer.

We book through Islandaccomodation, have done for 8 years.

But cant find any info, will post an e-mail addy later.

Peuto-del-Carmen.....cheap n chearful, 5 mins walk to main drag and beach.

They have a number of properties and meet you at the airport.

I've stopped in self catering appartments there a few times. They are called Los Pueblos in Puerto del Carmen Old Town (it's up a steep hill, so no good if you are lazy!!). Were really nice at the time but don't know if they'll still be!! Apartments clean and good pool/bar facilities. Basic accomodation but everything worked!!!
