is it just me or was it a total letdown.
maybe I now realises these guys are not as good as they seemed when I was a kid.
or maybe caouse these guys really are not superstars just run of the mill athletes/footballers etc.
(I can honestly do more squats thrust, dips than any of them last night)
any way all IMHO - not looking for argument - but your views

I liked it....and enjoyed watching the Brian Jacks footage. As for the squat thrusts and dips- I wish I could do that many. Perhaps you are a "Superstar" too?

no - its just the type of training I do
(but I cannot run 200m in 19sec or play football/cricket or row like the searles)
but I don't think these guys were people I would try to aspire to emmulate if I was younger.
