Whats that about then, just got my upgrade (3510i) after my 3410 met an unfortunate end, put the SIM card in and it just gives the

SIM Card not supported

message, the SIM works in the wifes 3310

Phones 4u messed about and told me to ring Vodafone and Vodafone told me to try it in another handset and said it isnt a problem if it works in another handset.

Any ideas ?

Sounds like the phone is locked to another network.

E-mail me the IMEI and the network the phone was on previously. I'll try and get you a code

Lightbulb

Probably the voltage, they changed from 5 volts to 3.3 volts. I had to have a new SIM with my Vodafone Live upgrade.
