How long do they stay on your licence for?
Is it 3 or 4 years?

As far as I know after three years the conviction is seen to be 'spent' ie not taken into consideration under the totting up procedure.However it's four years before you can send your license to the DVLA to have them removed to the best of my knowledge.I would be happy to stand corrected if anyone knows different?
