Surprised by the news this AM that 33% of Welsh children live in poverty. Can anyone tell me how poverty in the UK is defined.
Does it just take into account earnings/benefits or are there other factors involved.
I wonder if it takes into account the following:
20 **** per day
Full Sky subscription
Fish & Chips 3 times a week
25 pints of beer /weekend
£80 pairs of trainers
Chip.

Don't really understand that - they are adequately housed for free, no council tax (or very little) - no need to drive - no work to go to. You can buy loaves of bread for 12p beans for 8p etc etc, clothing can be bought out of Primark and What every mink wants. So having warm shelter, good enough food, free education, free healthcare, and decent clothing is poverty. **** and booze are not yet available from social security obviously.

They should open the mills again - and let the little Bástards earn some money (and yes i have children), of course kids live in poverty, they are entitled to nothing unless they work or are "actively seeking employment".
