Does anyone else here work with any complete little tossers who stab you in the back as soon as look at you ?

Example : Go to the pub at lunch as its Friday, arrive back, colleague stands up and violently opens a window saying ' you smell like a brewery ' right infront of a director, even though I have had 1 pint and he is actually a drinker himself, WTF ?

Then for the rest of the afternoon its his synde little comments, I could ******* kill him somedays

( of course as you may of guessed he is the guy who brings his pathetic lunch to work because its ' cheaper ' economy beans, the works....he pays 40% tax. )

Get him outside of work - balaclava and baseball bat - how can he prove it was you ?

Oh yeh - better get an alibi first, and then some ****e clothes that you never wear to work.

Then when at work, niggle hime about baseball, face like a bulldog licking **** off a nettle etc. - should stop any backstabbin.

The worlds full of them M8, I took on the risk of owning a business largely because of these prats.. if u cant stand it wait for him outside and ask impolitely for an apology!

Could be a wake up call, u might have just realised that the job u r doing is not for u.

Sadly, where ever you work, you'll always get one!

We have one here, nightmare! Won't go into details, but basically we all wish he'd never been employed!

What's that expression? Something about "C'la vie"

Exclamation

Same here, one guy who takes any opportunity to tell the boss when anyone makes a mistake(which we all do occasionally).
Complete pain.

Also just as bad is annoyingy workmates.I have the displeasure of working with one guy who cannot stop talking. Then he accuses us of being ignorant cos we just want to get on with our jobs when we dont reply to his conversations.

Working with people you dont like..........cant be doing with it.

Angry

Not bitchy work mates but Managers that screwed me up the ar55. Told me to get one of my mates to start work at the company to take over my job and he will make me full time designer. two months later give me a cr@per job and gave my mate the design job.
now im looking for new job, so I can smack him around when I leave.
They gave me a desk and a compture next to a 120db punch machine on the shop floor where is cold.

We had a bloke like that once, was highest paid and thought he owned you.
The bosses comment when it all came to a head was.
"If you don't like it, you can leave"

He did... but then tried to do the boss for wrongful dismissal

I had the last laugh though, a nice letter for the boss to show solicitor about how an un-cooperative and miserable arsehole he really was.
Never even got to court.

What goes around comes around is my motto.
Just need to bide your time..

They are everywhere just sometimes you dont see it. If he affects your work bring that to the attension of your manager as violence in my workplace is P45 material no matter the provocation. If the manager does nothing about it - it highlights the matter to the guy and the rest of the staff including the Director(via HR).

**** him if you like but it will jsut backfire..you loose your job he still stays to slag you off.

In the long run you raise it up, if you dont get a satisfactory end to it take it higher...until you do...

Byt the way i worked with 15 girls in a call centre and they are """"WAY"""" worse than men. They do it behind the girls back and are still friends with them. Thats why they always think men are worse as we get it into the open..
