Mrs D treated me to a couple of days, with an overnight at the Hotel, my first time there since the year the Thunderlooper opened (1988?)
F**K ME the front seats of Nemesis are awesome, Air is an amazing experience & I just shat myself on Oblivion (vertigo sufferer).
Going again next week if she'll let me

Oblivion and nemesis were better, even the black hole is better than Air IMHO. Plus Air seems to break down a lot, leading to much wasted queue time.
Cant wait to go again, ive been there 3 times in the past 2 years, each time with a different g/f

i've not been there in a while... not seen air hows that one work?
thunderlooper was one of my favs..i think it went because it was above the tree line and an eye sore with locals
not 100% on that

They got rid of the thunder looper because it was above the treeline and the locals complained. They cant build coasters above tree height, hence nemesis is built into a big hole that they dug, and oblivion has to go into the ground.

I'd forgotten about Hex that properly f**ks with your head, especially the bit when it stops

The Thunderlooper was great cant think why they ever got rid of it
When they sought planning permission for it the council gave them a 2 year consent. Mainly because it was visible above the trees.
