I'm with BTinternet and they are withdrawing there email alerts to mob!!? Who else does this service with the emails?

can't you say as they are with drawing the service they are breaking your contract and therefore you can leave and join orange with out penalties?

There is usually a clause "we have the right to change or withdraw this service at any time"
