How do I get shut of some "smack heads" from one of my flats? They've had a couple of notices issued but still there!

If you can get hold of some potassium sulphate, grind some into a powder, put it in a small baggie and 'drop' it upstairs.

Only works if the flat isn't a ground-floor one...
Post them a leaflet saying that there is a new balcony outside their kitchen window, and then laugh hysterically as they step outside and plummet to their pavement-pizza destinies below.
