been a year since i signed up online with 02 so decided to upgrade, called the number and got the usual sales pitch, i asked for prices on a siemens sl55 and couple others and he said well have a look online all the prices are on there! i then asked if i got a kinda excisting customer discound he said no! he said as my bill is under 40 quid a month theres no good deals or discounts he can offer me ....bollox to them then!!!

Yeah - O2 is sh1te. I'm moving back to t-mobile as soon as I can (about a month). Vote with your feet I say. I'm going to get a new mobile from here and take my number with me I think

I'm looking for a new mobile and they've offered me a 6100 for £25 and my bill is £20 a month! And I think the 7210 was even less.

Must admit though they are a PITA to deal with...they said they don't do trade in - yet on the web site it clearly states they do!
The only reason why I'm with them is it's the only network that will work where I live

Me 2. I'm awaiting my Sony Ericsson T610. My contract is about £20 a month and I got it for £49.99. Plus the woman said if I found it cheaper I could have my money back, which I did today in an O2 store

So tomorrow I shall ring them and get my phone for free (at least I hope so!).
