heavy pre reps. I mean my hands are starting to hurt pulling the 140k and only gets worse. by the end the 15 reps at 60kg i can easily get tears its that painful.

Si,

Well done, progressing nicely. Are these lifts with straps or without?

Saw your other post about the thick bar. Why don't you get some really thick sponges and wrap over a normal olympic bar. That way you'll mimick the effect of the thick bar? Just a thought.

Damian.

Alright damian,

Only used my belt 140+ and chalk. I find wraps dont do much for me. Felt good pulling that. Equals your best have you progressed more yet??

I dont think spounged would be enough as i need to
Deadlift
Power Clean
Push press
Barbell curl
Bent over rows

with the thick bar, going to alternate weeks with it.

Well done Si , seriously !

A 200kg dead is impressive, especially at your age, and considering you haven't been training that long. Not many people I know can do that sorta weight.

I upped my best deadlift to 260kgs a couple of weeks ago .
Six 20s either side did look a bit mad lol.

I think that'll stay my best for atleast another 6 months or so as I wanna continue to get leaner (being a girly bodybuilder etc )...so you have plenty of catch up time .

argh bollox lol 260 Thats a nice figure that!!

Ive not deadlifted in 5-6 weeks after tearing the trap in my back. its still not 100% but im seriously thinking of only deadlifting once a month now. I seem to get stronger the move time i have off.

Cheers once again, just got up my lower backs on fire and a few ab's feel pulled
