trying to get through St.Albans this morning about 1000hrs. saw blue flashing lights coming towards me, it turned out to be a bomb disposal unit. Any locals know what / where it was going ?

Seen armed police before, not Bomb Disposal unit though,(had armed police knock on my front door before but that's another story !!)

 

I didn't see or hear anything.
