... as I'm about to tell Orange where they can stick theirs!!! ![EEK!](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/eek.gif)
The Orange SPV had an intermitant hanging problem, after 7 days they finally send me a SIM update and now the phone has no signal at all.
They say it can take up to 7 working days for their Technical Support department to sort it out!
Obviously in that seven days, I haven't been offered a phone, so I will be paying for a service I can't use, thanks to their SIM update!!
So I'm now considering taking my business elsewhere if they don't get their act together.
So to the fun bit... shopping for a new gadget!!![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
I want a phone with:
Built in camera
Bluetooth
Outlook syncing (nice to have, rather than essential)
8310 dimensions (or thereabouts)
That's it, I don't need web access, GPRS, etc.
Any ideas? If it's a flip phone, then I don't want an aerial!

My sister and a guy at work both have one, and I've been impressed with the facilities they offer! ![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
The only issues the chap at work has had was getting the GPRS to work! Too many phone calls moaning at O-Poo! (sorry, O2) Finally working after about a week and several phone calls!

Andy
My SPV has been 100% reliable but I am getting a 200 as I want Bluetooth.
If you were unlucky enough to drop your phone from a great height they would deliver a new, fully working, one tomorrow

That's the worse thing, you get treated like a second class citizen when you report a fault, but if I were a clumsy fool, they would replace it with no issues!!

I went to onestopphoneshop for a Panasonic X70, but they still dont have any in stock, well they got 260 in stock, and I was number 330 on the list, so I ordered one direct from Orange, as they have them in stock, I had been waiting for over a week

Just a note with onestopphoneshop - check your direct debits as I've read on another forum that some people have been charged for "technical support" as well as insurance when buying from there.
Might have been (an) isolated incident(s) but it's worth keeping an eye out just to be sure.
Everything else I've heard has been positive though, in fact I've just ordered an E200 from there.

Apparently the way they work is to phone you the day before youre phone is to be delivered to make sure someone will be in, and they are next day delivery too
They took out 0.01p out of my account (which they said they would) but now I have cancelled (due to going direct to Orange) they havent credited me back the 0.01p
Insurance with them is free for the first 3 or 4 months

Interesting point...
Orange insurance has been free for as long as I can remember. To change my phone, I have to take out a new contact and insurnace is now £5 per month![Frown](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/frown.gif)
I wouldn't dream of having a phone without insurance. I've lost/broken too many over the years.
