Just to let you know that during the chaos at Tunbridge Wells this morning I did offer my assistance to your staff. I explained I was offering my assistance as not one of them seemed to have a clue about what was going on.
Re your newsletter, GET SET, which I picked up while I was waiting, I guess when you say BUSINESS AS USUAL, you mean the same appalling business we have become used to.
Anyway a big thank you as for the second time this week courtesy of SE Trains I have had to buy the teas for getting in after 9. In fact 9.30 this morning yet had my train have been on time it would have been 8.30.
My regards to the MAN IN CHARGE, I bet he doesn't travel on SE Trains!!!

This is why I have reverted back to my motorbike already after only 2 weeks on the trains. Its winter and not particulalrly nice out there on the motorbike, especially at 6am and 8pm when its dark and wet but its far more acceptable than travelling on the appalling service supplied out of Tunbridge Wells train station
Oh and the motorbike costs me a lot more in the long run but still worth it!

7.23 did a no show so they moved us all to the 7.36 and locked us on there! Then we watched the 7.42 come and go, then the 7.23 showed up and they couldn't tell anyone which train would leave fisrt so everyone milled around and then watched the 7.23 leave!

Dave - a very restrained email indeed. Fortunately I live and work in TW but have used it a few times for meetings in London and its been a joke even after 10am so I can only imagine whats it like during 'rush hour'.
If that had been me there would have plenty of F's and MF's in my email!!!
