better screen resolution?

thinking of upgrading my phone after the christmas holidays but dunno which one to get. definately going for a colour screen phone but looking for the one with the best resolution. which of these 2 have the best screen resolutions;
nokia 7250i and 6800 with 4096
or
the sony ericsson with 128x160 pixels?

the T610 is

65,536 colours
128 x 160 pixels
and the nokia's are

so which one would be betta for better quality in pictures?
