Get yuor self a Sony Ericsson HBH-65 Bluetooth headset cost £95 but well worth the money
Small, light and comfortable to wear, this stylish Bluetooth™ headset is long on talk and standby time and high in sound quality. Wireless connectivity gives you the freedom to move around and talk naturally.
Designed for the style-minded, the HBH-65 is discreetly built and sits neatly on either ear. It supports voice dial, answer and reject, and can connect to your phone from a range of up to 10 metres. Intuitively placed buttons for call handling and volume control make it a pleasure to use.

Despite the advert above, the one I have is complete sh!te.

Plantronics M3000 (I think) seems far better, for less money as well.

If you're talking in-car kit, then get this one

-->

£112.95

and try to get the kit that lets you hear your contact through the car speakers.

Most of the Pama stuff I've tried has been crap IMO - I found the other person can't hear you.
