Yep they are having major network probs at the moment
took me 20 mins to get through to them, to hear a pre-recorded message saying the above

Cheers Sonic - I just sent them a huge slagging email and feel bad now.
You think they would have a network status section on their website or a freephone number.
- The support number they give you is the same as calling a mobile(which i think is a right cheek)
