actually immac is alkaline, for the home chemists try a mixture of calcium hydroxide and calcium thioglycolate

Could tell you a few tales about Immac, but its all been said before.
Some of my Coke Head friends use a lighter to burn out thier naisal hair, app it helps with the Coke flow. Dont fancy it myself.
How you would inhale the flame into your ear, I dont quite know.
