Got full no claims, never had an accident apart from when i was hit from behind once. Car was stationary with handbrake on and in neutral...........according to the insurance company they say it puts MY policy up!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know what you mean. My car was hit up the @rse in a hit'n'run accident last year. Since I had nobody to claim from, it was determined to be an "at fault" claim. "Fault" in insurance language doesn't correspond to the English word "fault" in common use. It means "source of unrecovered losses". Bastids.
