Not possible anymore all you need to do is swap the sim from phone to phone the sim holds all the ID. And if you did manage to clone the sim (because it can in theory be done) if you were to switch both on at the same time both phones would be locked out by the network and you would have to explain to your Service Provider how it happened.

Contact your service provider who will send you another sim and charge you a monthly fee, I think it's about £6/month.

Only Vodafone offer this in the UK and it doesn't always work, do a google groups search in this newsgroup uk.telecom.mobile for some horror stories
