We need more gatsos, many many more.
My resaon for this logic is if we can get enought there will be one every 2 feet, therefore blocking the view of the one next to it ans so on.
Every body will be happy, 20 million cameras, instant street lighting, less crime cos of all the lights, dogs will be happy cos they have something to p*ss up, great for the economy (all that steel) Film needs to be loaded, hence 1000's of jobs. Packard bell gets a nice big service agreement.
Right i am starting the campaingn now.
Oh and the traffic taliban will be over joyed.
