Quite a few round here that let their dogs foul on the grass near our house and don't clear it up....(the law has recently been tightened up in Scotland to prevent this).
So, wife challenges one such woman today who let her dog foul and did not pick it up....response was :
"oh, it's only a wee one, and I didn't realise you had to pick them up - I'll try and remember next time"
WTF!
ARGH!!!

i second Buckrogers
we use a nappy sack (for babies nappies) and it takes a whole 2 seconds to pick it up. and as said, you can tie the bag up and hold it in your pocket, all nice and warm and loverly, just dont squeeze the bag too hard though![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
owners who let there dogs poo freely should be named and shamed in local papers.

Was in the car and saw an idiot with a Doberman just the other day letting it crap on the pavement and then he just walked away ! Obviously the dog and owner were so macho it's owner wouldn't take it onto the grass a couple of feet away. What a ****.

I agree. It is a disgusting and dangerous act to allow the "poop" to remain on the grass or pavement. I hope more offenders are caught and get done for it. Very dangerous for young children too,can cause blindness. Maybe guilty owners should have their noses rubbed in it!
At least cats bury theirs.

I have two German shepherds, and when they **** I need a bin bag!! to pick it up. But there is no way I would not do so. There is nothing worse than a barkers egg on your front door step, and there is no excuse for not removing it. If that had been me she would have been wearing it for a brooch!!
