Council tax question.

I pay my council tax in 10 monthly installments, so I get Feb & March off!! So wot happens if I move house in Feb?? Do I get a rebate??
I will be moving to another main property & reneting out my present place so its gonna get real confusing? Anybody know wot will happen??

Yes, you will get a rebate. I just moved house from one authority to another and I got a cheque from the outgoing authority (and a bill from the new authority 
)

I'm about to move soon
Phone Council up and asked them what I do
There reply was
I have to phone up the week I'm actually moving and they work out what the difference if any etc
