If have written a document that I need to give to my estate agent that details how to use the heating, entry system, etc of my flat that I am putting up for rent.
This has taken many hours to put togeter & I dont want other landlords in my block using it....so can I put a copywright statement on it?? and if so, is it legal?? or worthwhile??
