ok, picture this.
bought a samsung DVD player from currys in NOV.
yesterday it won't load anything.
conclusion = faulty player.
decides to take it back,
but...........lost my receipt and paid by cash ....
now any solutions please help.

Samsung product lasting 2 months 
Thats bl00dy good going! 
If I were you I would take the loss of £36 as a lesson and buy some quality gear .... I doubt they will hand you a refund BUT they have ALL transactions on PC, you have to give your postcode these days.
