You need to know if it is a hot& cold feed or cold only. You then need to have a supply feed complete with valve.. next you need sparks. Then you need a waste drain pipe. This must be a t the correct height and with a ubend in it. Unless you go for the kithen sink drain method which isnt the best.

Good Luck

Normally, cold water feed is all that is needed, so a T-piece somewhere off the kitchen cold tap feed should do...

I fitted the waste pipe into a suitable kitchen sink trap ie one that has a push-fit connection for external devices

To do a proper job you need to cut pipes, solder in T-pieces, fit a stop valve etc - if you don't fancy that:
- pay a plumber
- I think that 'diy' install kits exist that pierce the cold water pipe automatically, but personally I'd only want the proper job

Dont bother with the clamp and pierce kits - they're hopeless in my experience. I fitted one then ripped it out in favour of a compression fitting. That's the way I'd do it - but you need to have room to flex the pipe to get the 'T' in.
