I wonder if anyone can help. I have some shares that i want to sell, problem is that i have them all on a share cetificate and they are in US dollars.
How do i go about selling them? Do i need to open a share dealing account and transfer them or can i phone a broker and just sell them and send the certificate off?
Thanks,
Mark

Ring round the usual suspects, Barclays stockbrokers, Charles Schwab etc, do a search for shares to get a raft of them, and ask if any of them offer an oveseas service.
If they do it's not likely to be cheap and as sure as eggs are eggs they'll insist on having the cert and stock power before executing the sale.
