Any Sharp GX20 users here?

My phone has started displaying a new icon, which I don't recognise. It's to the right of the GPRS indicator, and is a closed red envelope with "SMS" above it. It's displayed on both main and outer screens. There's no reference to this in the user manual. Any ideas?

No, I didn't count them. Over 6 weeks' worth, so quite a lot! I've not found a settings option that controls memory use of sent messages. Something like "delete Sent messages after XX days", or "store your last YY messages" would be nice.
Agreed - the camera is pretty cool. The flash is a nice addition, but it pretty feeble. Still, better than none at all. My only other criticism of the camera is that it takes a while for the image to steady itself. This makes 'action' shots impossible! I find that in low-light (say, indoors at a party
) that pretty much anything other than a stationary subject will result in a blurry picture. Unless it's just that I'm a poor photographer!

I wonder if the 'Message lifetime' setting only affects the inbox then, I would have thought it would affect all messages. A setting for each would be nice though.

'Message lifetime' (AFAIK) means the period of time in which the network should attempt to deliver a message. Say, for example, a message was sent with a lifetime of 24 hrs. If the recipients phone was switched off at the time of sending, but was switched on again (within reception area) 8 hours later - then it would be delivered. If the phone was switched on, say, 32 hours (anything >24 in this case) later - then the network wouldn't attempt delivery. The message would be binned.
That's my understanding anyway.
