Nokia 5100 - charge from USB?

Does anyone know if it is possible to charge a Nokia 5100 from the USB port on a PC?
I have a cable that fits OK but it won't charge my phone, however, I don;t know if it should (i.e. cable broken) or not.

That's the same cable as the one I have, but it won't charge my 5100, the 5100 isn't mentioned on the specs so I'm not sure if it should charge or not
