If your scooby (the one with the tail ) is driving you or your neighbours mad with constant barking have you tried a device called aboistop?
My 2 year old springer spaniel used to bark his head off none stop when left in the house by him self neighbours moned like f*ck .
The girlfriend purchased the aboistop and we tired it and much to our amazement he has now totaly stopped barking when left .

never had the problem with my 3 springers as they know whats coming next when they bark, the broom up their ar$es!! even when they think i have gone out i walk back and spy on them, then jump out if one barks, they now know that if they hear my car leave it means sod all as i could still be in, the only problem is they bark when they hear the scoob come back but thats out of excitement my brother have terrible trouble with his and got this anti bark collar and it was fantastic

Can you still get dogs de-barked at the vets?

Cheers RichiW. I am lucky with my dog - she doesn't bark when left. Was interested for someone else's dog that does bark.

My Springer has just come home from the kennels whilst I was on hols and after 2 weeks of non stop barking he now has lost his voice
It is very strange having a dog with no bark, when he tries he just lets out a muffled yelp.
