Hello

I wouldn't want to ride a bike down there anyway, as the path would probably be all slippery.......

My mate sent me a photo of him standing next to a sing for Sheepscombe in Glos. As I am Welsh he thought it was funny, I did not understand the joke myself!

The streetname sign for "Rood Hill" in Congleton has normally been painted to read "Rod Hull". (TV reception in the area is probably crap....)

As the manchester contingent will verify, local gay area in manchester is called "canal street".....someone removed the "C" .For some reason the "S" from street was removed .....but put back again, although whoever replaced the "S" still left the "C" off .

For the benefit of those who can't read Chinese, the street name in the first photo actually means Bay View Street, which somehow got lost in the English version. There is a new Chinese restaurant in town called Fu Yu, which means "rich friend" in Chinese. Guess they won't be too popular with the English speaking crowd.
