Cool

Had a call on our office tanoy system for anyone with a set of jump leads. I normally carry a set in the spare wheel space, so offered my help.

A girl had driven out of the car park and then come to a stop. When I got there another chap was in the process of getting his set of leads ready. She said that it did turn over but would not start. So I asked her to try it again. It turned over OK, but would not start (but nearly did). Mmmm flooded I thought. So told her to push the throttle fully down and try again. Car started first time

Left smiling with the girl letting the engine run to warm it up and the guy packing away his jump leads...

...and then engaged, married and kids?

SCHTOP! They've only just met

(I gave a bloke in the Asda car park a jump-start last week. The dozy sod was trying to slip the clutch the first time, after assuring me he knew what to do... Second time lucky, after a detailed explanation )

Cheers,
Nick.

Why was he doing anything with the clutch during a jump start?
