Yes, I know it's a repeat but it's a shining example of what *sorted* people can achieve on their own, with no prior experience and to a tight budget. They had the vision and the stamina to pull it off and I take my hat off to them.
Such a contrast to the usual lamers you see on The Property Ladder.

As for the valuation. I reckon since the programme was made you could happily add another 150K to that (if not more). Their hard work has been rewarded in spades.
