Car garage not far from my house keeps chucking petrol on old tyres and burning them causing loads of black stinking smoke. I thought it was against the law to do this?! Anyone know if it is or not?

Called the fire brigade last night cause the flames were so high. Bloody sick of it! I'll get on to the local council.
